A Cleveland Clinic Facility

A new 5-story in-patient bed tower connecting to the existing Family Health & Ambulatory Surgery Center that opened in 2011. The new 126 bed tower will handle low-acuity patients with 12-16 rooms that can be converted to ICU rooms. The building consists of 6 operating rooms, a cath lab, pharmacy, lab, respiratory therapy, and dietary services. There is a Helipad located on the property as well as a Central Utility Plant for operation of the building systems.
